Shipping & Returns

Product pages provide our best estimates for delivery windows. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.

We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at goodshop@primepickshome.com.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with delivery carrier tracking and information. Delivery carriers will contact you to schedule a mutually agreeable delivery date and time prior to the delivery.

We ship your items as they are available. If all of the items on your order are in-stock and ready to ship, then you will receive them at the same time. If an item is backordered or delayed, it will ship separately, at no extra charge. If you’d prefer to have your entire order ship together, please be sure to make that note in your order or email us at goodshop@primepickshome.com to confirm that your order is shipped at the same time.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a fee equivalent to 20% off the original purchase price.

We offer complimentary white glove pickup service for all returns. All you need to do is schedule the pickup with our team and have the original items ready.

All returns must be in “like new” condition — meaning no stains, tears, damage, or signs of use, including noticeable odors. Please be sure to include all parts and hardware.

Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Albany Park. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return fees.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right. If we’re able to replace the damaged parts but you choose to return the product instead, the order will be treated as a return and be charged a 20% return fee.

We encourage you to keep the product packaging until you are confident your new furniture is right for you. If you no longer have the original packaging, our pickup team will use their own packaging to return your item(s).

There are two ways to have your products shipped:
Threshold delivery – FREE – items are shipped to the doorstep of your house, apartment, or office building.

White Glove Delivery – $149 – with this premium service, professional delivery teams will:
Deliver your furniture to your room of choice
Unpack and assemble your items
Remove all packaging and debris from your home

Please Note:
Special requests — such as ferry transportation or other non-standard access — may incur an additional fee.
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations.

No need to stress – we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to goodshop@primepickshome.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that if damages are not communicated within 24 hours after delivery, it will be difficult to claim the damage was due to the transit. Please be sure to inspect your delivery as soon as possible to avoid any possible replacement costs.
